Client Services Manager
Tim manages various client accounts - being the focal point of contact between the client and our production staff.
Thus it's his responsibility to ensure that the clients' promotional requests are understood and carried out. It's also his job to liaise with clients over any issue affecting their campaign - timelines, reporting, delivery of promotional items.
A journalist by trade, Tim has now spent the last 10 years in the promotional industry. His outside interests include politics, football and taking weekend breaks to continental Europe.
Useless stat: As an 18-year old Tim was part of a two-man debating team that reached the finals of the United Nations debating competition.More Info
